I had a great experience working with Nancy at Gitpod. She is very skilled technically and a good communicator too, these strenghts do not always come together :) The technical articles she worked on were really well written and it was always valuable content. I especially liked that she was proactively interested in looking for relevant content ideas for our customers, as someone in post-sales I really appreciated her approach and execution and really enjoyed working with her

Nancy worked in the relatively new DevRel team at Gitpod, where she delivered some incredible projects including the launch of our community-curated templates (gitpod-samples), wrote a number of high-quality technical blog posts, and built meaningful relationships with our partners.
I've known Nancy to be reliable with high attention to detail in everything she creates, she's a real team player and is a joy to collaborate with. She has so much potential to be even better, and I'm excited to continue to watch her career grow! 🌱
Best of luck in the future, Nancy - I hope we can cross paths again.Ashish Dubey

She worked with the continuous delivery team at Grofers, starting as an intern and then becoming a full-time member of the team obviously because the team loved her work. She worked on complex projects ranging from building Jenkins shared libraries to setting up Tekton as a common CI/CD platform. With a small team, to work on those projects, she took all the difficulties that came her way as learning opportunities, be it technical or of collaborative nature and she came out stronger every time. She was very open to feedback and also gave feedback which helped not just herself improve but also the people who worked with her. I'd recommend Nancy as a software engineer for any team that promotes learning and open culture.

Nancy is an enthusiastic person. She conducted and participated in lot of meetups and online conference during her time in grofers. She has a great knowledge blog which covers some hard technology problems she solved at grofers.

I worked with Nancy in the DevOps team and what I really liked about her is her all-around skill. She is never back down of any challenge or new learning threw at her and made sure she stepped out of the comfort zone to achieve the feat. She has got experience working in DevOps and Backend team - Jack of all trades. She also impressed everyone with her sheer dedication to work. Apart from professional development, she has done some fantastic work in her personal skill development.
Community Engineer, Gitpod
Nancy has great enthusiasm in everything she does. She supercharged the content initiatives at Gitpod and empowered others. I'm thankful to have worked with her. She is highly creative, technical, collaborative, humble (to name a few) and knows her craft. She's also into open-source, so that's a plus ;)

Nancy was working for the FOSSi Foundation on a project to enable continuous integration for RTL designs. This was a task that required a wide range of skills from digital design to software development to DevOps
Nancy not only proved she had the technical skills to pull this off but she was also excellent in communicating and documenting her progress. I would highly recommend Nancy as she has a combination of skills that are hard to find even among people with mucher longer experienceOleg Nenashev

I had the pleasure of being Nancy's mentor and supervisor during her Google Summer of Code 2019 project in the Free and Open Source Silicon Foundation (FOSSi). During this project Nancy was working on the Continuous Integration pipelines for the OpenRISC project. She was also working on the LibreCores continuous integration service and on the underlying infrastructure (Jenkins, Docker Images, EDA tools, Pipeline libraries, etc.). The project was a success, all major goals were achieved within the project timeframe, and the code quality was
compliant with the project standards. Thanks to Nancy, the project was a major success for our organization, and it was adopted by a few open hardware projects including OpenRISC - one of the most popular open source processor cores.

We, at Udayan Care, had the privilege of benefiting from the dedication, professionalism and sheer commitment displayed by Nancy Chauhan, right in the midst of Covid last year. Her passion for her work was evident in the conduct of her coding workshop for our young girls in our Udayan Shalini Fellowship Programme, and even though these were virtual sessions throughout, she established an immediate connect with the girls to ignite their young minds, and imparted them the necessary skills to do coding independently. Clear headed, confident and articulate, she was able to inspire the young Shalinis to pursue a career in Coding given their abilities and their aspirations!

Nancy is really diligent and sincere. Her willingness to take initiatives and make sure all her teammates work harmoniously with each other is commendable. I'm really happy to have gotten a chance to work with her. I'm sure she will be an asset to every company or organization she will work for. I wish her all the success for her future.

She was instrumental in launching LocalStack Academy, taking it from a rough idea to production while producing high-quality content that served our customers and users better. We also worked together to organize various in-person and virtual meetups, with over 1,000 RSVPs, built relationships with technical partners through case studies and videos, and supported the wider open-source community in collaboration with Engineering and GTM.

Founder, Udayan Care, an NGO, in NewDelhi, 1994, 15 states, for 'children without parental care', underserved youth, women

Nancy and I worked on several projects, and I was lucky to call her my coworker. She consistently gave 100 percent effort to the team and played a significant role in ensuring that we completed many projects with perfection & keen details.
She had excellent time management skills and had a knack for keeping everyone calm and productive during intense crunch periods. I will miss her smile in the team syncs! Any team would be lucky to have Nancy.Keerthi Prabhu

Engineer @ LocalStack, GSoC '21, GSoD '21 AWS Community Builder
Nancy joined the Developer Relations & Design Team at LocalStack at an early stage and quickly ramped up efforts in developer education, developer experience, documentation, partnerships, and more. From my perspective, Nancy has been someone I can always count on. Throughout this experience, Nancy has been authentic, empathetic, open to feedback, and has an infectious personality.
